Wobble Board - Leaf

The Leaf Wobble Board is a versatile take on rocking playground equipment that lets users sit or stand while wobbling. The Leaf shape is often an appropriate thematic choice for a natural playground. The flat balancing surface for kinetic play is supported by three springs for multidirectional rocking. The bouncy board encourages children to test and challenge their balancing skills.

Merits

While wobble boards can be used alone, they are the most fun when kids can hop from one to the next. Wobbling on the boards heightens the perception of the body in space (proprioception/vestibular senses), and fosters balance, coordination and movement. Rocking and wobbling develop motor skills like agility, balance, coordination, core body strength, lower body strength and endurance.

Materials

The surface of the wobble boards is shaped with marine-grade hardwood plywood, then topped with a layer of Accoya boards. The springs are powder-coated black stainless steel.

Wobble Boards are mounted at an appropriate height for transferring onto the surface.
